Lead Mechanical Tender Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Software / Skills: ● Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and mechanical systems. ● Excellent understanding of tendering procedures, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and pricing strategies. ● Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents. ● Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, subcontractors, and construction methods. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimation software, and MS Office. ● Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial awareness skills. ● Excellent communication and coordination skills. ● Ability to lead a team and work under strict tender deadlines.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. ● Supervise and monitor electrical installation works at site, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, ELV, fire alarm, and related systems. ● Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, local authority requirements, and international standards. ● Coordinate with civil, mechanical, architectural, and other project teams to resolve technical and site coordination issues. ● Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents. ● Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. ● Monitor project progress, identify delays or technical issues, and propose corrective actions. ● Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for approvals and technical clarifications. ● Prepare technical reports, progress reports, inspection requests, and site documentation. ● Support testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems. ● Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safe working practices on site. ● Assist in preparing variation claims, technical evaluations, and as-built documentation. ● Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and site teams.

Junior Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Cost Tracking: Monitor and analyze daily project expenses, material costs, labor, and subcontractor billings. ● Budget & Variance: Compare actual site expenditures against budgets and report variances to project management. ● Subcontractor Invoices: Review, verify, and process subcontractor payment applications and vendor invoices. ● Petty Cash & Audits: Manage the site’s petty cash fund and maintain organized financial records for audits. ● Inventory Verification: Match delivery notes and purchase orders with materials received on-site.

Requirements:

  • ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ● Experience: 4–5 years of accounting experience; construction field experience is strongly preferred. ● Tech Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel. ● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction accounting (costing, retainage, progress billings). ● Location: Based directly on-site at our construction project locations.

Summer Engineering Internship

Key Responsibilities:
