Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. ● Talent Sourcing: Actively headhunt passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and site referrals. ● Construction Staffing: Source specialized industry roles (e.g., Planning Engineers, Site Accountants, HSE Officers, Project Managers, and technical trades). ● Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and HR to understand technical project needs and staffing timelines. ● Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.

Requirements:

  • ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Experience: 2–4 years of recruitment experience; experience handling construction, engineering is strongly preferred. ● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction jargon, project hierarchies, and the regional talent market. ● Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter). ● Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage both white-collar and blue-collar candidates.

Lead Mechanical Tender Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements for mechanical systems. ● Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, gas, and other mechanical systems. ● Lead the preparation of mechanical tender submissions, including technical and commercial proposals. ● Conduct quantity take-offs from tender drawings and compare with BOQ quantities. ● Request, review, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. ● Prepare technical comparisons, commercial comparisons, and bid evaluation reports. ● Identify scope gaps, exclusions, qualifications, and risks in tender documents. ● Coordinate with electrical, civil, architectural, procurement, planning, and contracts teams during tender preparation. ● Attend tender clarification meetings, site visits, and pre-bid meetings as required. ● Prepare tender queries, clarifications, and value engineering proposals. ● Develop cost-saving options while ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. ● Review final tender pricing, mark-ups, indirect costs, and commercial conditions with management. ● Maintain tender records, supplier databases, cost data, and lessons learned. ● Support post-tender negotiations and respond to client/consultant technical clarifications. ● Guide and supervise junior estimation engineers and quantity surveyors.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in mechanical estimation, tendering, or MEP construction. Software / Skills: ● Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and mechanical systems. ● Excellent understanding of tendering procedures, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and pricing strategies. ● Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents. ● Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, subcontractors, and construction methods. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimation software, and MS Office. ● Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial awareness skills. ● Excellent communication and coordination skills. ● Ability to lead a team and work under strict tender deadlines.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. ● Supervise and monitor electrical installation works at site, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, ELV, fire alarm, and related systems. ● Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, local authority requirements, and international standards. ● Coordinate with civil, mechanical, architectural, and other project teams to resolve technical and site coordination issues. ● Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents. ● Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. ● Monitor project progress, identify delays or technical issues, and propose corrective actions. ● Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for approvals and technical clarifications. ● Prepare technical reports, progress reports, inspection requests, and site documentation. ● Support testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems. ● Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safe working practices on site. ● Assist in preparing variation claims, technical evaluations, and as-built documentation. ● Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and site teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction, MEP, or infrastructure projects. Software / Skills: ● Strong knowledge of electrical systems in building and construction projects. ● Familiarity with local authority regulations, IEC, NEC, BS, NFPA, and relevant standards. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design/review software. ● Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals. ● Good communication and leadership skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Junior Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). ● Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to identify project requirements and constraints. ● Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential schedule conflicts. ● Provide regular updates on project progress and highlight any deviations from the planned schedule. ● Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays. ● Communicate schedule-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels. ● Participate in project meetings to provide insights into schedule performance and recommend adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related construction field. ● Experience: 1–3 years of experience in construction planning and project controls. ● Software: Hands-on proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel is mandatory. ● Skills: Strong analytical mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings. ● Location: Fully based on-site in Ras El Hekma

Site Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Cost Tracking: Monitor and analyze daily project expenses, material costs, labor, and subcontractor billings. ● Budget & Variance: Compare actual site expenditures against budgets and report variances to project management. ● Subcontractor Invoices: Review, verify, and process subcontractor payment applications and vendor invoices. ● Petty Cash & Audits: Manage the site’s petty cash fund and maintain organized financial records for audits. ● Inventory Verification: Match delivery notes and purchase orders with materials received on-site.

Requirements:

  • ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ● Experience: 4–5 years of accounting experience; construction field experience is strongly preferred. ● Tech Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel. ● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction accounting (costing, retainage, progress billings). ● Location: Based directly on-site at our construction project locations.

Summer Engineering Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Assist in day-to-day tasks. - Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings. - Support the team in project coordination and execution. - Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • - Engineers (undergraduate student or recent graduate). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Eagerness to learn and the ability to work in a team. - Availability to commit for the full internship duration.
